Before you submit a Maintenance Request, try these quick fixes first!
✓ Confirm thermostat is set to Cool or Heat
✓ Verify temperature setting is correct
✓ Replace thermostat batteries if applicable
✓ Check if breaker is tripped
✓ Ensure air filter is not excessively dirty
✓ Make sure vents are open and unobstructed
✓ Replace HVAC filter or clean it if it's reusable
